How do I draw everyone?

I might draw fan art of various club members. Is there a particular look you want for your character?

For example mine would be:
- red/white fighter headband
- longer bangs
- larger chest >_>
- if wearing beanie, same logo as parappa the rapper on hat

My sister says she wants a holly hair tie

will scan sketches later... when I get access to a scanner...
